This 1/2" thick mat is specially-formulated with an anti-bacterial nitrile rubber composite that withstands vegetable oils, animal fats, citrus and fish oil. The hygienic porthole and solid underside design of the mat simplifies cleaning and virtually eliminates areas where food and bacteria can collect. Underside knobs allow for quick drainage and increase the comfort level of the mat.
